A new version of Customizetab is available. The plugin uses the latest CB API. So you can use it in J1.0, J1.5 and Mambo (not tested).
What's new:
- you can set a colorpicker, there are three colorpickers available
- now the Customizetab uses Adminmenus, this means you can access the files styles.xml and elements.xml via the CB plugin manager. You can view and edit these files directly in your browser.
If you choose to upgrade please BACKUP your elements.xml before beginning the upgrade process!!
Please direct any questions to voodootools via email or in the forums. Thank you.

After a long time, a new version of the Customizetab is available. You will need the latest version of Community Builder (1.2 RC3), cause the plugin uses the CB framework and the included XML API.
What is new in Customizetab 2.2?
- Works with CB 1.2 and newer (currently release is CB 1.2 RC3)
- A new input form element can be used. The Slider form element allows to input integer values easily
- You can define minimum and maximum values for the slider
- You can use a multiply parameter, which allows you to multiply the integer value submitted by the slider with the float value in the "multiply" parameter. So you can set values like "0.10" - useful for opacity.
- Added a new feature named "linked styles" - this means you can use one value and assign this to several styles - i.e. cross-browser opacity or you can add the value to several elements in your site - i.e. set the color of different elements
If you choose to upgrade please BACKUP your elements.xml before beginning the upgrade process!!
Please direct any questions to voodootools via email or in the forums. Thank you.

I made a new plugin for Community Builder. I know its a little bit late, but better late than never (Christmas eve is coming).
A lot of people buy books at Amazons webshop and a lot of people use their Wishlist feature. Why not add those wishlists to your users profile? Maybe someone wants to say "thank you" and sends a gift from Amazon.
Features
- make use of Amazon webservices
- users only need to add wishlist ID, listtype and country of the Amazon shop
- the list is only shown when a user adds the information listed above
- the siteadmin can add Amazon associates IDs to earn money
- Ajax functionality lets the visitors browse through the wishlist without reloading the profile
- sorting is possible (price, date added, last updated)
- tab can be called separatly (without the whole profile)
- tested with Firefox, IE, Safari
Currently only english language is supported. More languagefiles will be added soon.
You need your own AWS access key - you can get it free at http://aws-portal.amazon.com. Please insert this key after you installed the plugin
Plugin Manager -> click on "CB AWS Listtab" -> add your AWS sccess key and your Amazon associates IDs (optional).
Please direct any questions to the plugin via email or in the forums. Thank you.

A new version of Customizetab is ready for download. An Internet Explorer BUG has been patched. This patch is now included in the new version. Customizetab now works in both IE6 and IE7 (but not tested in IE5.5).
What is new in Customizetab 1.8?
- IE hangup bug fixed
- CSS delete button works in IE (its a link now)
- a new option can be added into the attributes line of elements.xml
affects="body;container"
.. its a semicolon-separated list, where you can add selectors that will get the same style information. If you want to set all selectors to one color, you only need one colorpicker field. If you use this for background-images there might be some visible edges (cause it is not one layer).
- a new option can be added to the element:
image="preview_top.png"
these images are stored in Joomla's image directory: images are stored in /images/userimages/ct_images
known problems: the preview in IE differs from preview in other browsers.
Service for Dot members: A new documentation is under construction. If you need help in creating the elements.xml file just write an email to
