A new version of Customizetab is ready for download. An Internet Explorer BUG has been patched. This patch is now included in the new version. Customizetab now works in both IE6 and IE7 (but not tested in IE5.5).

What is new in Customizetab 1.8?

• IE hangup bug fixed
• CSS delete button works in IE (its a link now)
• a new option can be added into the attributes line of elements.xml
  affects="body;container"
  .. its a semicolon-separated list, where you can add selectors that will get the same style information. If you want to set all selectors to one color, you only need one colorpicker field. If you use this for background-images there might be some visible edges (cause it is not one layer).
• a new option can be added to the element:
  image="preview_top.png"
  these images are stored in Joomla's image directory: images are stored in /images/userimages/ct_images

Version 1.6 of the customizetab is available for download.

A lot people reported problems with the last version. I have to say SORRY for that. I fixed the problem with the lost styles after update. You can download the new version of the customizetab in the download section.

UPDATE

2007-08-30 (11:30pm) ... Mikko from Mikkosoft pointed me to a problem with PHP4. The function file_put_contents() is PHP5 only. To solve this problem a special file from the PHP Compat Package is added to the newly uploaded version. If you have any problems please tell me.

I noticed some problems with the Customizetab and CB 1.1 beta the last days. Today I upgraded CB on my demo website and got no problem (I dont know why the problems which occur during testing doesnt occur on my demo site). However, one user asked for a new version which will work with CB 1.1. So you can download the new version of the customizetab in the download section.
