hi there , well i got this problem

it changes the background of the page wich is ok
it changes the color link and decoration (actually also changes the decoration and color in the menu) its ok.

but it is not changing the background color/image on the profile page i tested with different pictures and formants /png/jpg/gif and none worked

any suggestions?
