About this component

I dont know if this is really useful. It is just an experiment. It shows if your winamp is running and what audio files were played. Thats all ;)

How to use this component

Download and install the Now-Playing Plugin for Winamp -> Link

Copy the template included in /components/com_winampplaylist with name "winamp.html" into your winamp directory under "/np_templates/winamp.html"

Goto "Winamp Preferences" -> Plug-ins -> General Purpose -> NowPlaying Plugin -> Configure Plugin and open the tab "HTML settings", activate checkbox "Use template" and choose "winamp.html"

Configure it for uploading the playlist via ftp -> Link
Use "winamp.xml" as filename - just remember the path where you store the .xml-file

Configure the component by setting the path to the .xml-file -> Link
