Allow your users to customize their profile.

# colorpicker is shown also in IE

+ added some more features to the XML file
# fixed IE scroll bug - now use mouseposition of overlib
# fixed IE huge colorpicker mouse bug
# old images are deleted if new one is uploaded

Todo:
- setProperty and getProperty do not work in IE - need a workaround for that
- delete all userfiles if user is deleted
